As founder and managing director of May &Co., Susanne "Susa" May solves complex organizational challenges through data-driven culture transformation and leadership development. With over 30 years of experience spanning corporate leadership and entrepreneurship, she helps organizations adapt and excel in rapidly changing business environments. 

 

Seeing how traditional consulting approaches often created more problems than solutions, Susa built May &Co. to offer a different path. She recognized that sustainable organizational change requires both analytical precision and human understanding, a combination missing from standard corporate restructuring. 

 

Susa's unique perspective comes from hands-on experience driving significant organizational changes. At Daimler AG, she led the European restructuring of Mercedes-Benz and launched an automotive finance company in China. She now applies these insights to help clients like Nokia, Nutanix, Shell, and the World Bank Group create measurable cultural transformation.
