What is your responsibility?

As Senior Consultant you will have responsibility for the whole client delivery process:


  • Supporting B2B new sales and leading RfPs.

  • Overseeing client accounts and renewals.

  • Designing and delivering client solutions in the field of culture transfor- mation and change management.

  • Leading, growing and building your junior, external partner, and supplier team in close collaboration with your colleagues.


How do you do this?

  • Growing and renewing our existing client network to participate in RfPs and proposals and supporting actively the growth of the company.

  • Supporting our clients with the culture and people side of organiza- tional transformations that can bethe result of large scale mergers and acquisitions, digital transformation, culture renewals, and/or co-design- ing leadership interventions supporting deep culture change.

  • Translating the organizational strategy into the (culture) change and leadership strategy andmanaging the execution in complex organiza- tional contexts.

  • Co-creating outstanding results together with the client, our internal and associated partner teams.

  • Based upon a solid diagnosis and culture analytics, assessing the gap between the current and desired organizational capabilities that will need to be developed for the various personas in the organization.

  • Measuring organizational readiness and the success of the cultural and behavioral change considering new data-driven approaches.

  • Leading and growing your team and associated partner network in a servant and agile leadershipstyle to facilitate autonomy, mastery, and purpose.

  • X-collaborate with your colleagues to build on the “existing” and bring new knowledge to the company.

  • Supporting pro-actively and passionately company growth and excel- lence.

For the role of the Senior Consultant you also have:

  • 7+ years of solid experience in management consulting

  • strong entrepreneurial mindset, with business development experience and driven to build the business.

  • high resilience and advanced problem-solving skills to manage the daily challenges from uncertainties and volatile environments.

  • strong conceptual and visualization skills.

  • experience in managing complex senior stakeholders; you are a ma- ture, challenging, and eagerly invited sparring partner for clients.

  • ability to lead and deliver large commercial proposals (conceptually and financially).

  • strong commercial drive, reflected by experience with answering client requests for proposals and having continuous commercial conversa- tions with the client.

  • build strong relationships with clients to successfully deliver our solu- tions,while keeping track of time, resources, and budget.

  • thought leadership on the topic of culture and behavioral change and acknowledgment for successfully leading teams through large scale culture transformations.

  • solid experience with facilitating client workshops.

  • ability to work across disciplines (internal and external) and in an inter- national and very diverse environment.

  • high sense of responsibility towards team members and coaching of junior colleagues.

  • fluent in English. Fluency in German or another language is a plus.
