What are your major responsibilities?

As Project Manager, you will have responsibility for managing a variety of client projects. Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Manage the client account project portfolio, from inception to implemen- tation (kick-offs, progress reporting, closing, retrospectives).

  • Set and continually manage the day-to-day project activities and re- sources including task delegation, ensuring adherence to deadlines, scope, requirements, and budget.

  • Report on project success criteria results and metrics, project mile- stones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues.

  • Manage all financial aspects of client account projects (proposals, budget plan, cost control, cash flow) together with Finance.

  • Support consultants in the negotiation of agreements and contracts.

  • Coordinate and align internal teams and contract-associated partner net- work.

  • Demonstrate a functional acumen to support how solutions will address client goals while maintaining alignment with industry best practices.

  • Perform process analysis for optimization and improve internal project management methodologies.

  • Establish practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to ex- pand and mature capabilities for the company.

  • Define and monitor OKRs and KPIs with consultant teams.

  • Support the management of client relationships and proactively prospect new business opportunities through professional engagement with cli- ents, partners, and consultants.

For the role of the Project Manager, you also have:

  • 5+ years of solid experience in complex project management overseeing multiple projects, preferably in consulting.

  • Expertise in waterfall and agile project methodologies.

  • High resilience and advanced problem-solving skills to manage the daily challenges from uncertainties and volatile client environments.

  • Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collab- orative environment.

  • Strong data, analytical, and financial skills.

  • Experience in managing complex stakeholder settings.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Excellent knowledge of tools, e.g., Asana, MS Office, and Power BI.

  • High sense of responsibility towards team members and coaching of jun- ior colleagues.

  • Fluent in English. Fluency in German or another language is a plus.

  • German work permission.
