
Viara Ivanova
SENIOR CONSULTANT
Viara Ivanova is Senior Consultant at May & Company, primarily responsible for large-scale change management projects and ensuring their impact is achieved effectively. She is certified in the Kirkpatrick evaluation model and applies solid statistical skills when measuring interventions’ impact. Viara is also certified in Hogan personality assessments and Business Process Design for Strategic Management from MIT Sloan School of Management.
She has a broad experience from various industries. At May & Co she has worked with clients such UNICEF, UNHCR, the WBG, the WHO, UNIDO as well as Deutsche Telekom and Gilead Sciences.
She holds BA and MA degrees in Finance from the University of National and World Economy, Sofia, Bulgaria and an MBA degree in Sustainability and Innovation from ESMT Berlin. Viara was a CFA Chartholder from 2013 until 2016.
Originally from Bulgaria, Viara currently lives in Berlin. She is fluent in English and has an intermediate knowledge of German and Russian. Outside of the office, Viara loves spending time in nature and is passionate about supporting local communities to co-create more inclusive societies.
Gabriela dos Santos Rodrigues
SENIOR CONSULTANT
Gabriela is a Senior Consultant for our INGO team, and is responsible for supporting our clients in reaching their desired goals on their path to transformation. She is also very active with our tender team.
Prior to joining May & Company, Gabriela worked in management consulting in Brazil for large organizations across several industries from private to public sectors.
Gabriela also holds an MBA degree from ESMT Berlin and a bachelor’s degree in Public Policy and Management from São Paulo University. Gabriela’s native language is Portuguese, she is fluent in English, and has intermediate knowledge of German and Spanish. In her spare time, Gabriela enjoys relaxing with her friends and her dog Buddy, cooking, and watching movies.


Stephan Albrecht
STRATEGY CONSULTANT
Stephan Albrecht, Strategy Consultant at May & Company, has over 15 years of experience in digital marketing, consulting and sales leadership. He worked at Google for more than 11 years as Senior Management Team and Sales Leader. While at Google, he drove digital transformation from top level and across various industries. Stephan was also member of the hiring committee, an international mentor, and contributed to the development of a career and employee growth program.

Prior to becoming Strategy Consultant, Stephan was Corporate Sales Director at Squared Online, a Google / AVADO Learning partnership. He also worked at the ad tech start up Captify Media and the digital marketing management platform provider Marin Software.
Stephan studied Marketing and International Management at the University of Applied Sciences Oldenburg/Ostfriesland/Wilhelmshaven. He is a proud father and addicted to surfing.
Molly Stenzel
CONSULTANT
Molly Stenzel is a Consultant at May & Co. Specializing in project structuring, client engagement and process analysis, Molly brings a range of skills and flexibility to the team with a focus on systematic problem solving and challenge prevention. She is responsible for client and staff coordination and system improvements. She contributes to tender preparation and quality control.

Molly earned a BFA in San Francisco, CA and sits on the Board of Directors of the WFTDA. Coming from a combination of private and public sector experience in education and training facilitation, she speaks English and German fluently.


Elizaveta
Goloborodko
PROJECT COORDINATOR
Elizaveta Goloborodko is a Project Coordinator at May & Company. In her role, Liza supports the planning and execution phases of project deliveries, including leadership development, change management programs, and coaching. She is the focal point for communication exchange with clients, and is responsible for the entire project lifecycle. Although she focuses primarily on Client Engagement activities, Liza also supports May & Company's Business Development team with preparing proposals.
Liza comes from Russia, and prior to moving to Germany, lived in France for three years while completing a dual BA Program in Economics and Linguistics at Grenoble-Alpes University and Free University of Berlin. Liza is passionate about organizational behavior and analyzing factors influencing people’s decisions. She loves discovering new cultures and opening new horizons. She is fluent in Russian, English, French and German.
Vladislav Kovrizhnykh
FINANCE AND OPERATIONS MANAGER
Vladislav Kovrizhnykh is the Finance and Operations Manager at May & Company. Vladislav supports daily financial activities, coordinates financial flows, and takes part in Client Engagement projects. He is responsible for preparing financial documents such as monthly reports for accounting purposes, budgeting, and billing communications. He also takes care of process descriptions and contributes to the knowledge management of May & Co.
Vladislav comes from Moscow where he graduated with a Bachelor's in Strategic Management and recently completed a Master's in Finance in Berlin.


Maxwell Philp
DIGITAL MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS
Maxwell is responsible for all of our digital marketing and communications activities at May & Company. He engages with our social media channels, manages the website, develops and procures content, and helps with graphic design. Outside of work he is currently pursuing his master’s degree in international affairs at the Hertie School in Berlin and focuses his studies on topics related to security and sustainability.
Prior to joining May & Company, Maxwell worked at the startup investor and corporate innovation platform Plug and Play, where he played a pivotal role in scaling the company across Europe and China as Global Training Manager. Maxwell gained his communications experience at Stanford while working alongside leading social psychologists to help translate research on racial bias into trainings for police officers. Early in his career, he designed research assessments and wrote policy memos for a public policy think-tank at New York University, where he also received his BS in applied psychology.
Ling Lin
PROJECT COORDINATOR AND FINANCIAL ASSISTANT
Ling Lin is a financial intern in May & Company. Ling supports a variety of strategic projects, working directly with our 250 global partners, identifying and implementing efficient processes, working with our financial database, and supporting other administrative tasks.
Ling is from Fujian, China. She earned her bachelor’s degree in financial management. She is currently earning her master’s degree on in Accounting & Controlling at HWR Berlin. Ling is passionate about digital transformation and data analysis. She is a native Mandarin speaker, speaks fluent English and advanced German.
In her free time, Ling enjoys cooking with friends and playing guitar to relax. She loves photography and graphic design.
