Susanne May, founder and CEO of May & Company, is passionate about promoting entrepreneurship, innovation and transformational change in leadership development. Apart from company growth and management, Susanne regularly designs large leadership development interventions, consults and coaches senior teams, and conducts worldwide executive programs and workshops.

 

Prior to May & Company, Susanne gained over 20 years of experience across a wide range of fields including corporate strategy, business development and consulting. She has held senior positions at the DaimlerChrysler Corporation and led critical organizational transformations such as the global management of Shared Services, the introduction of BASEL II and Sarbanes-Oxley, the creation of an automotive financial Services company set up in China and several M&A and Post Merger initiatives in Asia-Pacific and Europe.

 

Susanne holds an MA in International Relations and Organizational Behavior from the University of Konstanz in Germany. In addition to Germany, Susanne has lived in Spain, South Africa, Columbia, Nepal and Burkina Faso. She is fluent in German, English and Spanish and has good conversational command of French.
