Michael Nicodemus is Director of Client Engagement & Human Resources at May & Company. He leads critical, strategic projects ensuring that the client needs are not only met but exceeded.
He is driven by organizational design, talent development, and servant leadership. Prior to May & Company, Michael worked for seven years with Nike and eight years with Starbucks leading teams of 200-300 members to produce exceptional results and to navigate the ever-changing macro-economic landscape.
Michael holds an MBA from ESMT Berlin and a BS in Psychology and Economics from the University of Houston. He is certified in SCRUM and design thinking frameworks as well as servant and situational leadership.
